STEVE EWING - Co-Founder & Dance Faculty 

STEVE EWING began his dance career at 12 years old at the well-known Bryant Ballet in Chicago. At the age of 16, Steve was teaching students of his own. After completing his B.A. in Theatre from Millikin University, Steve became a part of the largely successful Broadway smash-hit musical, WICKED, where he performed the role of Chistery for nearly 3 years. Along with performing in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, his other credits include numerous music videos and industrials with such employers as Cirque Du Soleil, Discover Card, and The Pampered Chef. You can even find Steve, photographed mid-air in a Russian jump, in the Encyclopedia Britannica for Health under Dance.

Steve also creates large-scale productions for corporate events such as Make A Wish Foundation, Neora International, and many more! Steve is currently a Professor at the prestigious PACE University as a member of the Commercial Dance Program. Appearing as Dream Curly in MTW’s revival of Oklahoma!, Steve’s performance got praise in Stage & Screen Review as “the finest performance of the night.” He travels around the world teaching and can always be found at the world-renowned Edge Performing Arts Center in Hollywood teaching his weekly classes and at Broadway Dance Center while in NYC. He is also the Creative Director and Choreographer for the renowned INSPIRATI Dance Company most recently featured on TruTV's Premier Season of "Fake Off"! Steve has also produced choreography/creative direction for America's Got Talent! JEREMY DUVALL - Co-Founder & Dance Faculty  

JEREMY DUVALL carries all facets of the arts and entertainment industry with him as a working Dancer/Teacher/Choreographer.  Credits include Wicked, The Jungle Book, Billy Elliot, Radio City Christmas Spectacular, ABC Family's Bunheads, Tokyo Disney Sea's premier cast member of Encore!, Spamalot at the Hollywood Bowl, Opera Pacific's Aida and Samson & Delilah, Madison Opera's Carmen, and numerous musicals with the Music Theatre of Wichita.  He has also performed with renowned dance companies such as Jeff Amsden's A Few Good Men Dancin', Mark Meismer's Evolution, and Justin Giles's Soulescape.  Jeremy has taught at numerous college/universities across the country and been on faculty at the prestigious dance facilities Broadway Dance Center, Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio, and Edge Performing Arts Center.  His knowledge of dance and choreography has taken him around the globe to such countries as Italy, France, Canada, and Japan, to name a few. A proud graduate of Oklahoma City University-School of American Dance and Arts Management. JUDY RICE - Dance Faculty

JUDY RICE is a graduate of the National Ballet School of Canada and has performed extensively across the US and Canada including the Joffrey Ballet, The National Tap Dance Company of Canada and American Ballet Comedy. She has 20 years experience teaching for regional companies and festivals as well as Company Dance, DMA, DEA, CNADM, 3D Dance Network, The Joffrey Ballet School, The Joffrey Ballet, Broadway Dance Center and the Dance Teacher Magazine Summer Conference. You can currently also find Judy sharing her love of dance on Artist Simply Human (ASH)

Judy has been a judge for ADA and is on the faculty for Dance Masters Teacher Training School and CNADM training school. She is also a contributing writer to GOLDRUSH magazine. 

As a founder of "Behind Barres", Judy has produced 11 albums of ballet class music and have released three DVDs highlighting the do’s and don’ts of beginning pointe work and an intermediate ballet class to Volume I and an elementary ballet class to Volume II. Ms. Rice’s television credits include: "Fame," "All my Children," "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson" and "The Great American Dance Challenge." Since 1990 she has been an Associate Professor of Performing Arts at the University of Michigan. You can also see Judy on the cover of Dance Teacher Magazine!


VALENTINO VLADIMIROV was born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria. After his family won a green card from the lottery in 2004, he moved to Denver, Colorado , where he began his dance training in the United States. Growing up, there weren't many opportunities for dance in Bulgaria. Valentino would spend hours watching music videos and learning choreography, but never imagined a career in dance would be a possibility for him. Following his High School graduation, Valentino moved to Los Angeles where he was accepted into the EDGE Performing Arts Center Scholarship Program.The program was the first step into a career as a professional dancer, and the training he received there, has helped him take on the industry. After graduating from the Scholarship Program, he has worked with many stars from the music and tv & film industry such as Christina Aguilera, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Paula Abdul, Kat Graham, Todrick Hall, as well as Rebel Wilson, Rob Schneider, and Eric McCormack. Other work include American Idol, Nickelodeon, Just Dance 4, America's Next Top Model, H&M, Nike, Oakley, Converse, Fresh and Easy, Beachbody P90x, Mattel.

COLLEEN CRAIG - Dance Faculty & Tour Manager

COLLEEN CRAIG is originally from the Midwest. She has trained extensively in all genres of dance.  Growing up she attended summer programs at The Kirov, Tulsa Ballet, State Street Ballet, and Edge PAC.  After attending Oklahoma City University, Colleen moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment business.  Since her start in LA, Colleen has worked on several projects from theater to film.  

She has worked with artist such as Beck, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Paula Abdul, Jordan Sparks, Ne-Yo, Raphael Saadiq, and Perry Farrell.  TV and Film credits include: Fame, Crazy Stupid Love, No Strings, Love Struck, The Campaign, Behind the Candelabra, Blunt Talk, Starving in Suburbia, True Blood, Glee, Dancing with the Stars, Greek, America’s Got Talent, Cold Case, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Good Morning America, The 63rd Emmy Awards, and VH1’s Diva’s Live.  Commercial credits include multiple spots for American Horror Story for FX networks, Barnes and Noble, GE, Tropicana, and Ford.

EDDIE GARCIA - Dance Faculty

EDDIE GARCIA is an accomplished director, choreographer, dancer and multi-faceted entertainer with a solid reputation for choreographing and performing internationally alongside many of today's celebrated stars. At only 16 years old, Eddie's incredible dancing style & technique delivered him to the world stage via many projects with Janet Jackson. Later the "King of Pop" himself, Michael Jackson, hand picked Eddie to join him on the first of several world tours including the BAD & DANGEROUS Tours. 

Drawing from his performance background including iconic music videos like "Nasty", "What Have You Done For Me Lately", "When I Think About You", "Smooth Criminal" & "Speed Demon", Eddie has been able to have the pleasure of lending his learned talent to projects with Adam Lambert, Sheryl Crow, Jane's Addiction, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Brandy and many more.

Notable credits include choreography & performances in "Bringin' Down the House", "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody", & "Family Wedding" that included Academy Award winner Forest Whitaker! He was also choreographing and performing alongside Pop Icon Paula Abdul in Russia for "White Nights Festival".

Other performance credits include "RENT", "Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lighting Thief", "Save By The Bell", "Guys Next Door", and "The Smurf Movie". Make sure to catch Eddie's work in epic 3-D blockbuster "Gone With The Bullets"!

SABRINA PHILLIP - Dance Faculty 


SABRINA PHILLIP trained intensively in Ballet, Jazz and Modern dance in her early studies and went on to work at the international level in London, England. She taught Master classes at The Pineapple, Danceworks and The Urdang Academy and toured with Virgin Records recording artist Annie.

Sabrina has worked as a teacher and choreographer at countless dance studios around the US and Canada. Her BSc. degree in Exercise and Health Physiology provides her with a special understanding of the human body and the mechanics of movement. As a teacher, her intention is to challenge dancers;  focusing on placement, correct technique, strength and agility.

As a respected choreographer, Sabrina has trained pop singers, celebrity actors, and even Hollywood starlets! She travels the globe to teach young students and professionals alike. She has performed with dance companies including Sera Danza, S.H.E. and Unity Dance Ensemble, directed by Tessandra Chavez. Sabrina appears in commercials for Hip Hop Abs, Dex/Dexknows.com and Corvel. She recently choreographed for Jete directed by Tiffany Billings as well as My Fair Wedding with David Tutera. Her music video credits include choreography for “Sunshine Day” by Mac of Partridge Family fame and the stunning video for Jenna Bryson’s “Clear”.


LOCKHART BROWNLIE  began training all facets of dance at an early age. He moved to Sydney from Tasmania in 2007 to continue working towards a career in the entertainment industry and completed certificate IV in performing arts at Brent Street Studios.

Since graduating Lockhart has quickly established himself as one of Sydney’s most sought after young dancers having worked with some of Australia's leading choreographers.

Lockhart's professional career began in Melbourne when he was selected to be a member of the ensemble in the hit Broadway musical 'Wicked' which played for 13 months.

In 2009 Lockhart made the move from Sydney to Los Angeles, United States where he is signed with MSA (McDonald Selznick Associates). 

It wasn’t long after moving to LA that Lockhart landed a job with Katy Perry for the EMA’s in Madrid. He was then selected for Katy Perry’s ‘CALIFORNIA DREAMS WORLD TOUR’ in 2014 and again for her 2014 ‘PRISMATIC WORLD TOUR’. Over the 5 years working with Katy Lockhart has seen himself not only Tour but be apart of the hit movie “Part Of Me”, Obama Campaign 2012 and The 2015 Super Bowl Half Time Show.

In addition to working with Katy, Lockhart has worked with other artists including Ke$ha, Kate Hudson on ‘Glee’, True Blood ( Faerie Night Club, Season 6) and in 2013 was Apart of Taylor Swift’s RED tour, North America. 


MALLAURI ESQUIBEL moved to LA and began working with choreographers such as Tina D’Amato, Mark Meismer, Doug Caldwell, & Brian Friedman. She then moved to Utah to be a featured dancer in the well respected company Odyssey Dance Theater, where she did shows in Utah, as well as a week at the Ailey center in New York City, a European tour, and had the opportunity to perform at the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics. Mallauri has assisted Tyce Diorio on Season 2-9 of So You Think You Can dance. Can also be seen dancing on Dancing with the stars, Jimmy Kimmel, Good Morning America, VH1 Divas, Glee, House, Bones, Warren the ape, Cold Case, High school Musical 1, 2 and 3.  She is the featured ballerina in the remake of the legendary 80’s movie FAME. She has danced for Artists such as Paula Abdul, Joss Stone, Jordin Sparks, The Gypsy Kings, Florence and the Machine, and Leona Lewis. Mallauri was a featured ensemble as well as dance captain for the Broadway musical “Wonderland” choreographed by Marguerite Derricks. She had the opportunity to featured on the cover of the December issue of Dance spirit. She recently finished the 1st national tour of the Frank Sinatra show “Come Fly Away” choreographed by Twyla Tharp. You can see Mallauri as a series regular on the ABC family TV series “Bunheads” as well as dancing in the new movie “Behind the Candleabra” Starring Michael Douglass and Matt Damon. Mallauri was also on the RED world tour with Taylor Swift. Although Mallauri loves being on the stage her heart is in teaching. 

LISA LATOUCHE - Dance Faculty

LISA LATOUCHE Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Lisa is currently an original cast member of SHUFFLE ALONG on Broadway choreographed by Savion Glover and directed by George C. Wolfe. Previous performance highlights have included touring with Savion Glover productions in STEPZ, and also performing in both New York's Off-Broadway and the North American touring casts of STOMP. Lisa has performed, choreographed and taught world wide on various independent projects and was also faculty member of the School of Jacob's pillow under the direction of Dianne Walker in 2012. Lisa appeared on the Broadyway stage in the acclaimed "Shuffle Along" musical. She also appears as guest faculty at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway in New York City and loves sharing her passion within every opportunity that comes her way.

NIKKY PARAMO- Dance Faculty

NIKKY PARAMO, originally from Chicago, IL has been studying dance for 18 years. She has been blessed to have worked with world renown choreographers : Kenny Ortega, Liz Imperio, Napoleon and Tabitha, Yemi Ad, Frank Gatson, Kevin & Marcel Wilson, The Squared Division, Christian Vincent, Jackie Sleight, and Lizzie MacKenzie. Nikky’s love for her craft is extremely evident in both her teaching and very own dancing.

Nikky is a working, professional dancer and choreographer now residing in LA. She has performed along side major artists such as BEYONCE KNOWLES, R-KELLY, PUSHA-T, KERI NOBLE, TAH MAC, ANTHONY EVANS, JESSICA SUTTA, KANYE WEST, and most recently BRITNEY SPEARS. In support of her professional experience Nikky has appeared as a a dancer in Kanye West World Tour, music videos (Work B*tch, Share My love, Oxygen, Never Fail), award shows (Mexican Billboard Awards), Fox news, commercials, and documentaries (I am Britney Jean) and on multiple television networks : ABC, FOX, E, MTV, VH1, and Telemundo. Nikky’s most recent project is as a both a dancer and stand-in for Britney Spears for her “Piece of Me” Vegas residency held at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. Nikky also recently worked as a choreographer for the Chicago Luvabulls.

RHONDA MILLER - Dance Faculty

RHONDA MILLER founded and co-owned LA's premier dance facility, The Edge. A leader for many years of the successful convention L.A. Dance Force, Rhonda has been one of the most sought-after choreographer/dance instructors in the U.S. dance industry.

Splitting her time between NYC and LA, Rhonda's innovative work caught the eye of Broadway Director/Choreographer Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots, Legally Blonde) with whom she has worked for several years on the renowned, annual event, Broadway Bares. Among her New York stage credits are Nothing Like A Dame featuring Tiler Peck of New York City Ballet, ABD Daytime Salutes Broadway, Austentatious starring Stephanie D'Abruzzo, Gemini the musical starring Linda Hart, and Have A Nice Life starring Emily Skinner and Kevin Carolan. She was the recipient of Outstanding Choreography Award of the New York Musical Theatre Festival's production of Common Grounds.

Rhonda's TV credits include the American Film Institute w/ Catherine Zeta-Jones, two series for HBO, The Boys and It's Garry Shandling's Show, multiple episodes of General Hospital, Days Of Our Lives, and episodes for The Young and the Restless. Choreographing for many industrials including Apple, Chrysler, Toys R Us, Warner Bros, and Exxon Mobil. She conceived, directed and choreographed Cinematastic for Princess Cruise Lines, Broadway nights for Celebrity Cruise Lines and directed the Nickelodeon Up Fronts! She recently collaborated with Director Donna Drake (The first company of A Chorus Line) on productions of Anything Goes, Cats, Chicago, Hairspray and Little Shop of Horrors.

Rhonda is an Associate Professor at Pace University in New York City's School of Performing Arts, where she created and directs the unique Commercial Dance program. In addition, she was the first Choreographer to be inducted into the Oklahoma City University Hall of Honor!

MEISHA LEE -- Dance Faculty & Tour Manager

Meisha Lee has worked with artists such as: Ariana Grande, Fifth Harmony, Demi Lovato, Pentatonix, Ne-yo, Capital Cities, Miley Cyrus, Queen Latifah and the late Heavy D. She has had the pleasure to work on X-Factor, America's Best Dance Crew, The Sing-Off, Radio Disney Awards and So You Think You Can Dance. She has choreographed commercials for JC Penny Christmas Campaign, Arby's, Puss and Boots, and Jockey USA Campaign. Other choreography credits include several episodes for Nickelodeon, Franklin & Bash, NBC's Progressive Gymnastic and Figure Skating Special,  NBA Toronto Raptor's, Westfield Red Carpet Event and Oakley. Meisha Lee was the Assistant Director for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey  "Circus Xtreme", working with over 100 performers from around the World. As a dancer Meisha Lee has worked on: My Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Speechless, Community, 2 Broke Girls, Camp Rock II, and the Princess and the Frog. Meisha Lee is the Assistant Director of Debbie Reynolds Scholarship Program in Los Angeles. 


JOELLE MARTINEC is the Founder, Artistic Director and Choreographer of Los Angeles based SoleVitaDance Company. Since it’s inception in 2011, SoleVita Dance Company, has boldly forged a path in the Los Angeles dance scene by participating in Celebrate Dance 2013 and 2014, performing for The LA Philharmonic 10th Anniversary Gala, taken part in events for Ignite Dance Workshops, Pasadena Dance Festival, Nancy Evans Dance Theatre, Commonality Dance Company and LA Fashion Week as well as two time finalists in the McCallum Theatre Dance Under The Stars Choreography festival. “MoveMeant”, SoleVita’s annual repertoire show is known as an event not to be missed.  SoleVita dancers and Joelle Martinec's choreography are featured in music videos for Adjoa Skinner’s “The Sun” and “Recession Song”, Ashley Chambliss’s  “My Universe”, Brad Stanley and the Foxflies’  “Tik Tok Nation” Erin Muir’s “Too Much” and TJ Stafford Music’s  “Get Up”.  Joelle and SoleVita have as well released three independent short dance based films produced by Ginger Sole Productions.

As a dancer, Joelle was featured as “The Business Woman” on GLEE’s episode titled “Feud” and can be seen in feature films; “The Big Lebowski”,  "A Time For Dancing” and in Bjork’s award winning music video “It’s Ohh So Quiet”.  Ms. Martinec has taught all over the world and was known as “the teacher’s teacher” during her many years traveling with Tremaine Dance Conventions. Lewis Segal of the Los Angeles Times called her solo performance for Liz Imperio’s Instincts Live Media Dance Company “feisty”. 

ZACK BENITEZ - Dance Faculty



ZACK BENITEZ was chosen to perform with LINES Ballet under the direction of Alonzo King at 15 years old. After moving to Los Angeles in 2007 he has danced, consulted or assisted as choreographer on numerous television shows including, American Idol, Drop Dead Diva, Live to Dance, Up All Night, The Moment, Dancing with the Stars as well as having performed in numerous industrials and live performances. He has worked with artists such as Nelly Furtado, David Archuletta, and the Pointer Sisters. He has also spent the past 8 years working closely with American singer/choreographer Paula Abdul as her assist choreographer, creative consultant & dancer.  Zack has performed throuought Europe and Asia; spending the past four years living primarily in Paris, France, where he was brought out as assistant choreographer, dance captain and a lead dancer for 'Adam et Eve: La Seconde Chance', written & created by French musician Pascal Obispo, and choreographed by Tokyo. In France, Zack has performed on television shows such as 'France has Talent', Chabada, 500 Choristes, Noel Spectacular, and in venues such as L'Olympia, and the Paris Opera. He has continued his career in France as one of the top choreographers for French recording artists such as Shy’m, Alizee, and continued work with Pascal Obispo, as well as choreographing for television shows such as the French version of Dancing with the Stars, “DANSE AVEC LES STARS”, “Vivement Dimanche”, “Fete de la Musique” , “Le Grand Show” & others. Also served as a judge on the French TV program “The Dancers”, on TF1. 

MICHÉLE ASSAF - Dance Faculty

MICHELE ASSAF has worked on Broadway, Off-Broadway, Regional and International Theater projects. Michèle directed and choreographed The Mariah Carey Charm Bracelet World Tour, Mick Jagger Solo Tour, Michael Bolton Tour, Matchbox Twenty, the internationally acclaimed multimedia operas for The Houston Grand Opera; Carmen, Pagliacci and Madame Butterfly, and HGO’s 50th Anniversary Gala as well as Opera Pacific’s Aida, Samson and Delilah, Candide,Opera Odyssey 2001.. Other theatrical Projects include: Starmites (Tony Nomination), Bring In The Morning, Scenes From an Execution, Nine Armenians, It's A Bird... It's A Plane... It's Superman, Sweet Charity, Jesus Christ Superstar, Mata Hari, Bring In The Morning, Can Can, Jeanne La Pucelle, Strides, Topper and Annie. She directed the Broadway bound musical, The Alchemist. Michele is the founder and creative director of World Dance Movement-The International Workshop and International Competition which began the the summer of 2009 in Italy! The event now has traveled to Spain, Switzerland and The Netherlands as well! Her teaching background is extensive, as she has trained dancers/teachers and renowned choreographers from NYC to LA and internationally for the past 35 years.One of Michèle's most exciting ventures is the creation of Tezoro Productions LIVE, founded in 2003. It is an international dance production company committed to educating and serving dancers around the globe. Tezoro’s portfolio of brands includes Tezoro LIVE – instructional dance DVDs and World Dance Movement – the International Workshop. With the most comprehensive portfolio of instructional dance content in the business, many shot at Broadway Dance Center, Tezoro LIVE features the industry’s top choreographers via DVDs, downloadable videos, on-demand classes, school classrooms and mobile applications. 

ANGELA CARTER- Dance Faculty

ANGELA CARTER is an award-winning choreographer, studio owner and highly sought out master teacher. Angela is the owner of Tap'dOut Studios in Los Angeles, CA, a National Director for VIP Dance Competition, and a Co-Director of Tap Into The Network.

Angela can be seen shaking it in the latest Sensa commercial! She has performed and choreographed for opening acts such as Mary J. Blige. Her tap sounds were used in Disney's Princess and the Frog and Al Gilbert's Graded Technique. She has been featured in many live shows, short films, and can be seen in commercials for Carvel Ice Cream. Angela can be seen in music videos for Brittany Murphy. She has choreographed and performed for the Miss Kansas Pageant, Choreographers Carnival, LA Tap Festival and Motor City Tap Festival. She has also worked with Tyce D'iorio on the Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon, and performed on Mobbed with Tabitha and Napoleon D'umo on FOX! Check out her instructional tap DVDs Tap'd Out - Volumes One and Two! Angela has worked with Los Angeles-based companies Tapsounds Underground, the LaLas, and Chloe Arnold's Syncopated Ladies!

Angela is also the Creative Director for Dance Genius, an online educaitonal experience for dancers.


CHRISTIAN DENICE grew up dancing in Westlake Village, California, training at Bobbie's School of Performing Arts in Newbury Park, California. Christian has toured as as assistant with both JUMP Dance Convention and New York City Dance Alliance. He has danced in both Fiona Apple's music video "Paper Bag" and Disney's "High School Musical 2". Christian's professional dance career includes years at Odyssey Dance Theater, River North Dance Chicago, and Les Ballets Jazz de Montreal in Quebec, Canada, as well as guesting with the Montgomery Ballet, Greensboro Ballet, and Company E. He has worked with world renowned choreographers which include Sidra Bell, Lauri Stallings, Frank Chaves, Andonis Fondiakis, & Barak Marshall. While in Chicago, he was named one of the top ten male dancers of 2010 by Time Out Chicago. In addition to dancing, Christian teaches and choreographs nationally and internationally. He has created work for Odyssey Dance Theatre, Odyssey II, Expansions Dance Company, LEVELdance, DanceWorks Chicago, Interlochen Center for the Arts, and River North Dance Chicago in collaboration with artistic director Frank Chaves. He is the 2015 winner of the University of South Florida EChO Choreographic Opportunity and will set his work, Raum, at the university this fall. 

BILL PRUDICH - Dance Faculty

BILL PRUDICH is a Founder, Principal and Officer of the L.A. DanceForce Corporation (1992-present), which is the parent corporation of EDGE and the LADF Workshop and Competition.  Bill is the Executive Director of EDGE (1992-present) overseeing business, operations, programs and faculty. He was a Director for LADF (1989-2010) and was key to its direction and operations. Bill is a Founder and Officer for the non-profit dance advocacy corporation The Dance Fund (2005-present). He has instructed master classes and adjudicated in the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand where he was also an advisor to a national jazz syllabus. Bill has appeared in commercials for Hyundai, Crystal Light, Burger King and Kirin Beer. He was a featured performer on the 5th and 6th season of the original television series Fame, as well as multiple appearances on the series Amazing Stories and Shelley Duvall's, Faerie Tale Theatre. Bill can be seen in the feature films Back To The Future, Girls Just Want To Have Fun and Electric Boogaloo as well as the video Rappin' Rodney by Rodney Dangerfield. Bill has been involved in many live theatre and musical productions including A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum, Cabaret, Pippin and Carnival. Throughout his career, Bill has worked with an impressive list of artists that includes Francis Ford Coppola, Melora Hardin, Justine Bateman, John Lithgow, Christopher Hewitt, Harry Dean Stanton and Lolita Davidovich. Since 1988, Bill has produced and directed the annual Professional Program and EDGE show. He has worked on corporate events including Nokia, Fujisawa Pharmaceutical, TIA and IBEW and has choreographed for a tribute to MGM Musical Movies by the National Council on Aging (NCOA).

SHANI TALMOR - Dance Faculty

SHANI TALMOR was born and raised in Israel and has trained in a variety of dance styles, including Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Samba and Afro-Cuban. Shani started dancing at the age of 7; dancing Jazz and Ballet at "Dance Alma & Arnon" studios in Israel directed by Alma Frankfurt and Arnon Zucker.  She began establishing her name in the Latin world in Israel in 2000, as part of the Israeli Salsa Academy "LatinDel Mundo" directed by Lior Petel and Ronen "Paco" Biran. Shani has been teaching and performing at Latin cultural events and TV shows in Israel.At the age of 20, Shani was offered to moved to Spain and further enhance her dance career and become part of the world-renowned salsa dance company known as "Imperio Azteca" directed by Johnny Vazquez and Ramon Morales. After only one year in the company, Shani became Johnny's permanent dance partner and the group's principal female dancer. In 2004, the group and its members were voted "Best Group of the Year: 2004" by the Europe salsa community. 

In 2008, Shani founded and is the director of an All females ladies styling performance team calls “Shani’s Girls”. In addition, Shani has been performed with Pitbull, Marc Anthony, T-Pain and Ne-Yo on the NBC morning show, performed at Kat De luna Video clip "Dancing Tonight", danced on the TV show “Mira Quien Baila”, “Sabado Gigante” and “Don Francisco Presenta” , Univision TV Network, Miami. Performed at Madonna Smirnoff Lifestyle Exchange, NY. Performed at Madison Square Garden Knicks Game, NY. Danced on America Got Talent, NY and took part of the prep workshop for the broadway show “On Your Feet” NY.



LOGAN SCHYVYNCK began his dance training in Gilbert, Arizona, and soon after he moved to LA to complete the prestigious scholarship program at Edge Performing Arts Center in Hollywood, California. He has been working professionally as a dancer/choreographer/instructor for over ten years with live stage show credits for LA’s edgy and critically acclaimed contemporary dance company Hysterica Dance Co., America’s Got Talent finalists iLuminate, the world-renowned Cirque Du Soleil, and multiple world tours and television performances with the #1 selling successful pop star Kesha; his industrial credits include Farmers Insurance, Energizer batteries, Disney, and Microsoft. He has appeared on numerous television shows for big networks MTV, Nickelodeon, ABC, NBC, and CBS to name a few. He has appeared in music videos for recording artists Kesha, Ellie Goulding, Arcade Fire, Years & Years, and Hercules & Love Affair. He has also been fortunate enough to work with talented choreographers such as Sonya Tayeh, Ryan Heffington, Wade Robson, Mandy Moore, The SquaredDivision, Adam Shankman, and more. He has recently choreographed music videos and live performances for pop singer Kesha. He continues to explore his dance career, and strives to share his experience and passion for dance with dancers of all ages and levels.

KATIE SCHAAR - Dance Faculty

Katie Schaar is a dancer/choreographer who has worked extensively with artists like P!NK, Taylor Swift, & Katy Perry, and on countless films and TV performances. Along with her husband, Dr. Nick Cutri (Physical Therapist), she has developed Sugarfoot Therapy as an affordable and accessible way to bring the therapeutic exercises of sports physical therapy to dancers.  Sugarfoot Therapy is a conditioning program based on the principals of functional biomechanics.  The program is designed to help prevent common injuries caused by dance training and to encourage longevity in a dancer’s physically demanding career.  In this class, Katie will lead participants through a full-body workout appropriate for all dance/fitness levels.  We will discuss the science behind the exercises performed and how to incorporate them into your regular training to get lasting and potentially career-saving results. MATT TAYAO - Dance Faculty

MATT TAYAO was born in Oakland, CA. At the young age of 17, Matt left the Bay Area with dreams of becoming a professional dancers. Since moving to LA, Matt has taken on Hollywood through dance, film and television.
Tayao has performed nationally and internationally with superstars such as Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, P. Diddy, Kelly Rowland, Meghan Trainor, and Ke$ha. He has also appeared in various music videos including Enrique Iglesias' "I Like It" featuring Putbull/Lionel Ritchie. You may have caught Matt on popular TV shows like The X Factor, American Idol, America's Got Talent, Shake It Up!, and Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition. Matt has been fortunate enough to work with companies such as Apple, Bud Light, Disney, Nike, FOX, E!, MTV, Lifetime and many more.
Aside from working commercially, Matt truthfully enjoys educating the next generation of dancers. He has developed youth communities in the United States, Canada, Brazil, and China.  His students have gone on to have the ir own successful careers with major recording artists such as the late Michael Jackson.
In 2015, Tayao was featured in Dance Spirit as the Director and Choreographer for Movement Lifestyle's kids program.


CHRISTINE SIENICKI has been a Radio City Rockette for over 16 years.  Known as the “Face of the Rockettes,” appearing as the focal point and solo face of majority of the Rockettes major marketing campaigns, posters and commercials. She has performed in numerous theatre spectacles as well as TV  shows including the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, the Super Bowl Halftime Show, The Tony Awards, SNL, Dancing with the Stars, Project Runway, America’s Got Talent, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, The Ellen DeGeneras Show, Oprah, Netflix shows, numerous commercials and many more. She can also be seen in the films, "New Year's Eve,” and "Isn't it Romantic?" She has performed as a special guest for both President George Bush and President Barrack Obama. As a model she has appeared in Vanity Fair, Esquire, FHM UK, Dance Magazine, Dance Spirit Magazine, and in ads for Degree deodorant for So You Think You Can Dance as well as many others. Christine has also staged major fashion shows for brands such as La Perla.

ALEK PALINSKI - Dance Faculty

ALEK PALINSKI was born in Poland, where he received his dance training in Ballroom, Jazz,

Contemporary, and Jazz Funk. He first came to the US in 2009 to train under the world's top industry professionals. Over the next couple of years he traveled to London, Paris, and Los Angeles to master his dance skills. After making it to Top 3 male dancers on So You Think You Can Dance Poland (2010), Alek started dancing alongside numerous Polish recording artists and in 2012 he performed with Celine Dion on 'Celine Dion, Le Grand Show' in Paris.

In 2013 he joined Erica Sobol's collidEdance company and danced in "Wallow. Then Run, Gypsy Run" show in Australia.

His other credits include X Factor Poland, Ace of Base, and Desperados. Alek has also choreographed for Dancing With The Stars Poland (Seasons 1 & 2), "Best of British" dance showcase in London (UK), and the DV8 Company in Southlake, TX. In 2014 he was a choreographer for the Polish pop star HONEY's "My Name Is A Million" Tour. You can currently catch Alek on tour worldwide with Dita Von Teese! Alek is grateful for being fortunate enough to have traveled the world and share his knowledge and experience with students from the USA, UK, France, Italy, Australia, Switzerland and Poland!


Stephani Kammer-Taylor resides in New Orleans as a professional instructor,

choreographer, and creative director. After earning her Bachelor of Performing Arts

degree from Oklahoma City University, Stephani began her professional career in New

York appearing in regional theaters, industrials, and prime time television. Upon

relocating to Los Angeles Stephani would begin her ten year working relationship with

Janet Jackson. She has appeared in numerous videos and TV performances with Ms.

Jackson and served as Assistant Creative Director on Janet’s Rock Witch U world tour.

Stephani worked on the feature film “G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation” and after moving to New

Orleans was called upon by Touch Down Entertainment to cast seventy five local

dancers to back up Beyonce in the 2013 Superbowl. Stephani is currently Head

Choreographer for the Miss USA & Universe pageants and just finished working on the

2019 Miss Universe pageant in Atlanta, GA with pop star Ally Brooke. Stephani also

currently serves on dance faculty at New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA), a

prestigious arts high school in the heart of New Orleans. Mrs. Kammer-Taylor’s name

appears in The Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executive & Professional Women for her

many years of hard work and dedication to the arts. Stephani has taught internationally

in Tokyo, Japan at Broadway Dance Center and traveled to over sixty-five countries

educating and inspiring dancers all over the globe.


SHANNA VANDERWERCKER grew up dancing in Ft. Washington, MD and received her Bachelor or Fine Arts In Dance from Pointe Park University. Her recent choreography credits in crude South Pacific, Beauty and the Beast and Singing' In The Rain at the Fireside Theatre. Shanna has ben Christopher Gatelli's Associate/Assistant for over 10years, and was his Associate Choreographer of Broadway's Amazing Grace and High Fidelity.

After four years as the Dance Captain for the First National Tour of Wicked, Shanna has relocated to Chicago where she is on Faculty at CCPA at Roosevelt University and Dovetail Studios. Some of her favorite performing credits include Lady In Green in Singin' In The Rain at the Fireside Theatre, swing in the Broadway company of Wicked, and company member of Dre Dance with Directors Andrew Palermi and Tase Diggs!

Shanna received her professional debut at Walt Disney World as a Kid of the Kingdom. A an educator, she has taught at the 2014 International Thespia Festival in London, NE, master classes at dance studios and conventions all over the country, and at Millenium Dance Complex as well as Lou Conte Dance Center in Chicago. Shanna is also a Guest Teacher at Columbia College of Chicago and Point Park University.

DIANA BROOKS- Dance Faculty

DIANA BROOKS is a teacher and choreographer in NYC. Since moving to NYC, Diana has started her own tap classes where she teaches weekly, trying to make classes as affordable as possible for the NYC Performer. She has been traveling around the East Coast teaching master classes and choreographing. Prior to NYC, DIana was an Associate Professor of Dance at the well-known Oklahoma City University where she taught Tap, Rhythm Tap, Jazz and many dance academic classes. She spent most of her performing and teaching career in Chicago, IL, where she danced in companies such as Rhythm ISS..., BAM!, and M.A.D.D. Rhythms. She has had the opportunity to travel all around the United States with these tap companies, sharing the stage with such performers as Savion Glover, Tommy Tune, Lane Alexander, and many more!

As well as performing with tap companies, Diana also danced in several Regional Musical Theatre productions and industrials including Singin' In The Rain, Babes in Toyland, the alternative hair show and a 1920s dance revue at the Black Orchid Supper Club. Diana considers herself a teacher through and through and loves sharing the knowledge that she has learned with her students!

ANDREA YOUNG - Dance Faculty

ANDREA YOUNG  was accepted into the Joffrey School at Age 15, but after having the opportunity to dance in the Opening & Closing Ceremonies of the 1996 Olympic Games, choreographed by Kenny Ortega, her dream for a career in the commercial world was born. She started dancing with the Radio City Rockettes at 18, and continued working and assisting in L.A. & NYC for over a decade. Performances include RCMH, CATS National Tour, Good Morning America, MTV Breakthrough, The Elan Awards, PBS, Thanksgiving Day Parade, "Your Total Health", "Guiding Light", Tyler Perry's "Meet The Browns", "Stomp The Yard 2", and commercials for Avis and the Cartoon Network. Paper Mill Playhouse, South Bay CLO, & The Court Theatre in L.A. are among the regional theaters Andrea has worked in. 

A spinal cord injury catapulted Andrea into her greatest passion: teaching the next generation proper technique with an emphasis on injury prevention. She has been able to develop and incredible program for dancers: INJURY PREVENTION FOR CONVENTION DANCERS. Equally as important to her is spreading her love & passion for Lyrical to students of all ages.

DAVID SHATRAW - On-Camera Acting Faculty & Tour Manager

DAVID SHATRAW is the quintessential journeyman actor. A BFA from Hofstra University and an MFA from the Asolo Conservatory were the starting points for a career that has lasted 25 years. In his ten years in New York and the last 15 years in Los Angeles David has booked over 2000 commercials for both On Camera and Voice Over as well as Promos, Video games and Animation. Some of his highlights recently On Camera were TGI Friday, Nasacort, Toyota, and Dance Central with Usher. He has done Voice Over campaigns for Budweiser, Jet Dry, Scrubbing Bubbles, Expedia, ProActive,Turbo Tax and Nick at Nite as well as cartoons for Disney, Amazon,Cartoon Network as well as Video Games like Skylander, Grand Theft Auto and Heroes of the Storm and more.

David has appeared as a Guest Star in over 25 Network and Cable TV shows such as NCIS, Castle, KC Undercover, The Thundermans, Shake it Up, Cold Case and was a series regular on the Fox sitcom Titus.

The industry has changed so much in his 25 years but the one thing that has not is the audition process and he hopes to share his insight with the students to help guide them thru what is undoubtedly still the strangest part of being a performer…the audition

Teya studies under the top acting and vocal coaches in LA and NYC as well as assisting in casting for numerous film and theatre projects. Teya's film credits include "The Clapper" starring Ed Helms and Tracy Morgan as well as "Holly Star". She is excited to bring her knowledge to the IX generation to help them merge the gap between Dance and Film/Television!

STACY TERRY - Special Needs/SpecialX Faculty

STACY TERRY has been working with special needs dancers for over 7 years. She has also integrated these dancers in to the competitive world of dance. Stacy has studied many different disabilities and has developed classroom techniques for these very special dancers. She is also developing a series of short videos to help other teachers learn how to approach and teach the art of dance to these special needs dancers. This is truly Stacy's passion!





Hilary Harrison is a Denver-based teacher, choreographer, and dancer Hilary Harrison is a well versed artist with background in many different genres of dance. Starting her training at the young age of two years old at Michelle Latimer’s Dance Academy, she has worked her way up the competition and convention circuit. She now is a teacher at Michelle Latimer’s Dance Academy sharing her vast knowledge of dance with young students. She is a former member of the groundbreaking contemporary company “Revolution” started by renowned choreographer Kristin Mcquaid. She has also performed events such as Capezio anniversary and Dizzyfeet Gala.  She has be found assisting some of the best names in choreography like Stacey Tookey, Jason Parsons, Michele Assaf, and more. She can be seen currently with Break The Floor Productions as staff and an assistant. Hilary is also an ABT Certified Teacher, who completed the ABT teacher training intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 3 of ABT’s training curriculum. Be sure to keep an eye out for Hilary Harrison as this is just the beginning.

Pilar Hooi- Rodriguez has been dancing since the age of 13. She started as a competition dancer under the instruction of Jeremy Keeton then Kristy Ulmer. In her days as a competition dancer she won numerous scholarships, awards and titles, and also assisted many award winning choreographers in the industry today. In 2014 she graduated from the University of Oklahoma under a scholarship with a BFA in Modern Dance Performance. After college Pilar has recently moved out to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams of becoming a professional dancer and looks forward to seeing what unfolds here in the Golden State.

Allison Eversoll has been dancing since the age of 3. In 2011 she graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a BFA in Dance Performance. After college Allison has danced for Stiletto Entertainment on Holland America Cruise Lines and at Cedar Point. Since being in LA, Allison has been in numerous videos including: Harriet “Ten Steps,” Nico Vega “I Believe,” and AJ Rafael “Brand New.” Her most memorable moment was being apart of Saturday Night Lives promo video with Adam Levine. Currently Allison is training to be a Cardio Barre and Pilates instructor, and has been choreographing for Worldwide and BellaJohn Theatricals.
